CALL FOR ARTISTS for the 2011 Calendar Show at Derby Street Shoppes!
The NEAFA 2011 Calendar Preview will be a showcase of the semi-finalists’ work which will adorn next years’ calendar. From this body of work, our jurors will choose 14 pieces; one for each month, one for January of the following year, and lastly, the prestigious cover.
Parents, take note: three of the 14 spots available will be dedicated to young artists in Grades K-3, 4-6, and 7-12! Here is an opportunity to have your child’s work showcased at Derby Street AND published in our calendar which sells throughout New England and across the US!
The public will vote on their favorites during the course of the show and their votes, along with those of the jurors, will determine the final content of the NEAFA 2011 Calendar. The winners will be announced the first week of April 2010.

NEAFA is a synergistic group of people who help fund therapy, companion, and service animals (both domestic and wildlife), the people who need them, and the programs that train, place, and support them.

The NEAFA Foundation makes grants to organizations that train and support animals for therapeutic and companion situations.
